The Role

As a Litigation Partner, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients and insurers while guiding attorneys across complex insurance defense matters. You’ll set litigation strategy, ensure quality control, and mentor attorneys—stepping in when needed to drive results.

You will:

• Lead litigation strategy on high-exposure insurance defense matters
• Act as a primary client and carrier contact
• Review pleadings, motion practice, and case strategy
• Mentor and develop attorneys at multiple levels
• Maintain high standards across all matters

Practice Focus

• New York Labor Law
• Premises liability
• Construction and workplace accidents
• Motor vehicle and professional liability matters

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active New Jersey bar admission
• 8+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Proven leadership, mentorship, or practice oversight experience
• Strong client-facing and strategic decision-making skills

Compensation
