We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join a respected, client-focused legal team. This role is ideal for an attorney passionate about advocacy, strong client relationships, and remote work. You will manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement with support from an experienced team.
This is a remote position for Arizona-based attorneys, with occasional in-person meetings in the Phoenix area.
Personal Injury Attorney Responsibilities:
- Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through resolution
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and strategic guidance
- Draft and review demand packages, medical summaries, and settlement documents
- Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
- Supervise and collaborate with experienced paralegals
- Analyze liability, damages, and case value to maximize recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely case files in a remote environment
Personal Injury Attorney Requirements:
- Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff or defense)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
- Comfort supervising paralegals and working remotely
