Construction Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in construction litigation.
- Admission to the FL State Bar.
- Strong academic credentials and proven research, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Direct experience with depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Construction Litigation Associate Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of construction litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and related documents.
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
- Advise clients on construction law matters such as contract disputes, defect claims, and risk management.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and deliver high-quality legal services.
