General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of operational leadership in concepts that have multiple revenue streams
- 3+ years of food & beverage management experience, including full-service bar and kitchen oversight
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and team success
- Valid state alcohol-server certification and ServSafe Manager certification required
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods
- Experience with new restaurant openings preferred
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Proven leadership and motivational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving instincts
- Comfortable interacting with guests, team members, vendors, and partners at all levels
- High standards for guest satisfaction and service quality

- Skilled in multitasking, delegation, and managing multiple priorities under pressure
