Restaurant Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Guest-first leadership with professionalism
  • Inspire, mentor & develop FOH team
  • Oversee daily operations & service standards
  • Manage scheduling, labor & inventory
  • Partner with chefs on food & beverage quality
  • Support budgeting & cost control
  • Drive revenue while elevating guest experience
  • Build strong guest relationships on the floor
  • Knowledge of wine, cocktails & whiskey
  • 3+ years upscale restaurant management experience
