Sales Director – Southern Michigan ( Must live or be willing to relocate within 45 minutes of Cold Water, MI)

Sales Director Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B light industrial sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service approach with a positive attitude and high energy
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience/training
- Solid knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
Sales Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle, driving both sales numbers and margin responsibility
- Plan, implement, and manage ongoing sales activities
- Maintain and grow current accounts through strong relationship building
- Lead and collaborate with independent sales representatives to achieve objectives
- Prepare persuasive quotes and proposals for new and existing clients
- Acquire new accounts and pursue strategic growth opportunities
- Oversee marketing initiatives, including presentations at trade shows
- Document and manage sales activity using CRM software
- Travel up to 25% of the time, including occasional overnights
