Sales Director – Southern Michigan ( Must live or be willing to relocate within 45 minutes of Cold Water, MI)

Sales Director Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years of B2B light industrial sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service approach with a positive attitude and high energy
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience/training
Solid knowledge of ERP and CRM systems

Sales Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle, driving both sales numbers and margin responsibility
Plan, implement, and manage ongoing sales activities
Maintain and grow current accounts through strong relationship building
Lead and collaborate with independent sales representatives to achieve objectives
Prepare persuasive quotes and proposals for new and existing clients
Acquire new accounts and pursue strategic growth opportunities
Oversee marketing initiatives, including presentations at trade shows
Document and manage sales activity using CRM software
Travel up to 25% of the time, including occasional overnights
