- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, client services, or hospitality (luxury or premium retail preferred)
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
Sales Associate – Luxury Retail & Client Experience Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in luxury retail, design-driven brands, or high-touch service environments
- Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools
- Interest in home, lifestyle, fashion, or premium consumer products
- Professional, polished presence aligned with a luxury brand environment
Sales Associate – Luxury Retail & Client Experience Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver a best-in-class, personalized customer experience from greeting through purchase and follow-up
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate the brand’s value
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Maintain visual merchandising and sales floor presentation standards
- Accurately process transactions, orders, and manage customer data
- Support inventory management, stock organization, and product replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
