Sales Associate – Luxury Retail & Client Experience Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, client services, or hospitality (luxury or premium retail preferred)
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods

Sales Associate – Luxury Retail & Client Experience Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in luxury retail, design-driven brands, or high-touch service environments
  • Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools
  • Interest in home, lifestyle, fashion, or premium consumer products
  • Professional, polished presence aligned with a luxury brand environment

Sales Associate – Luxury Retail & Client Experience Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Deliver a best-in-class, personalized customer experience from greeting through purchase and follow-up
  • Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate the brand’s value
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Maintain visual merchandising and sales floor presentation standards
  • Accurately process transactions, orders, and manage customer data
  • Support inventory management, stock organization, and product replenishment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
