A global law firm is seeking a senior lawyer with 5+ years of project finance experience to join its New York office as a Senior Associate or Senior Counsel. The firm has a collaborative, innovative, and cross‑border culture, with a strong strategic focus on complex, industry‑leading work.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience drafting and negotiating principal financing documentation and a background in project finance within the renewable energy sector. Experience reviewing project documentation is preferred. Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a project finance lawyer
- Strong skills in drafting and negotiating principal financing documents
