A global law firm is seeking a senior lawyer with 5+ years of project finance experience to join its New York office as a Senior Associate or Senior Counsel. The firm has a collaborative, innovative, and cross‑border culture, with a strong strategic focus on complex, industry‑leading work.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience drafting and negotiating principal financing documentation and a background in project finance within the renewable energy sector. Experience reviewing project documentation is preferred. This role offers the opportunity to work on high‑profile matters involving renewable energy, energy storage, power generation, and other energy‑transition technologies.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a project finance lawyer
- Strong skills in drafting and negotiating principal financing documents
- Experience with renewable energy projects preferred

- Base salary range: $365,000 – $435,000, depending on experience
