Bridge Estimator / Project Manager | Heavy Civil Construction

Louisville, KY | $140K–$175K + Relocation Assistance

Are you a Bridge Estimator or Project Manager who enjoys being involved from bid day through execution — and wants to work on meaningful DOT and infrastructure projects?

A respected heavy civil contractor is expanding its preconstruction and project leadership team and is seeking a Bridge Estimator / Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of INDOT and KYTC work. What You’ll Be Responsible For

Estimating bridge, grading, and drainage scopes for DOT and municipal projects
Reviewing plans, specs, quantities, and subcontractor pricing
Supporting project handoff and execution after award
Partnering with field leadership to ensure constructability and cost control

What They’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in bridge or heavy civil estimating/project management
DOT or public infrastructure project exposure
Strong technical and analytical skills
Experience with HCSS HeavyBid / HeavyJob is a plus
Construction Management or Civil Engineering background preferred
