We are seeking a Professional Engineer to join our multidisciplinary firm, led by licensed professionals in civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture. Our team delivers timely, innovative, and cost-effective solutions, supported by advanced design and surveying technologies and a strong commitment to quality and collaboration.

Professional Engineer Responsibilities:

Provide full technical and managerial ownership of site/civil projects from initial concept through final construction and closeout
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including project engineers, landscape architects, consultants, and subconsultants
Serve as Engineer of Record and provide high-level technical oversight, quality control, and constructability reviews
Perform and oversee site inspections, construction administration, and field coordination to ensure compliance with design intent, codes, and standards
Prepare, review, and approve engineering reports, site plans, specifications, and complex design calculations
Manage permitting efforts, represent projects before reviewing agencies, and act as the primary point of contact with regulatory authorities
Support project scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Mentor junior engineering staff and contribute to technical standards and best practices within the organization

Professional Engineer Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
7–15 years of progressive site/civil engineering experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York State
Extensive experience with HydroCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D
Proven ability to lead projects, interface with clients and agencies, and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
