We are a dynamic and rapidly growing multi-disciplinary firm located in the scenic Northern Catskills of New York. With a strong focus on Responsible Land Development, we serve both residential and commercial clients across the region. We are currently seeking an experienced Survey Field Technician to join our expanding team. Survey Field Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform boundary surveys for projects of varying scales
• Conduct construction stakeouts and topographic surveys
• Operate surveying equipment and ensure accurate data collection
• Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project execution
• Utilize and support the growth of our expanding technology resources
• Conduct deed research and contribute to project planning when needed

Survey Field Technician Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant field experience preferred
• Experience with Trimble equipment is a strong plus
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is advantageous
• Familiarity with deed research is a bonus
• Proven skills in boundary, construction stakeout, and topographic surveying
• Strong desire to grow professionally and take on new responsibilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license required

Survey Field Technician Benefits:
