As we expand our portfolio across multiple markets, we are looking for a seasoned Director of Entitlements to lead entitlement efforts and drive projects forward through local zoning, permitting, and regulatory channels.

3+ years of experience in a commercial construction entitlement role
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Manager, or similar
