General Manager Qualifications & Requirements:

5+ years of a titled General Manager position for an entertainment or full-service restaurant concept
Experience overseeing $4M+ revenue/year
Experience leading 60+ employees in one location
Experience with training and developing teams
Passion for being hands-on and providing supportive leadership
Experience with P&L, forecasting, budgeting and analysis
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and guest-focused charisma

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience with entertainment, including gaming equipment
Solid tenure and proven loyalty to past employers
Experience with LBW menus
