General Manager – High-Volume, Fine Dining | Nashville, TN

A respected and growing, family owned hospitality group is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead operations at a high-performing, upscale concept in Nashville. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-driven environment and knows how to build strong teams while keeping a sharp eye on financial performance.

General Manager – Benefits and Compensation:

$95k-$110k base salary
Employer-covered health insurance (after 90 days)
PTO
Onsite parking
Strong ownership support and opportunity for growth within the group

General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager
Proven leadership in high-volume operations ($7M+ in annual sales) in an upscale dining environment
Recent experience in a Fine Dining Environment with working knowledge of systems and steps of service
Strong HR, payroll, and scheduling knowledge
Proficient with Toast, OpenTable, Microsoft Office, and other operations platforms
Strong communication skills and ability to lead with both professionalism and presence
Deep understanding of inventory control, ordering processes, labor management, and cost tracking
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
