We are hiring a Customer Service Supervisor to support campus dining operations and oversee the university Dining Plan at a designated location. This role offers the chance to be part of a collaborative, service-driven campus team known for its positive culture and commitment to operational excellence. The supervisor will manage daily front counter operations while delivering high-quality service to students, faculty, and staff, making a meaningful impact within the university community.

Position Details

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role (40 hours per week), with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Customer Service Supervisor Qualifications

  • Background in customer service, administrative support, or front desk operations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently
  • Experience supervising, coaching, and training staff while ensuring adherence to procedures
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends

Customer Service Supervisor Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in a university or higher education setting
  • Knowledge of ID card systems or campus access processes
  • Comfort with administrative tools, record management, and software systems

Customer Service Supervisor Key Responsibilities

  • Manage account requests, photo submissions, meal plan updates, and daily transaction reconciliation
  • Deliver exceptional service to students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors
  • Promote and sell meal plans and related accounts, supporting marketing initiatives
  • Supervise front counter staff and ensure compliance with university policies
  • Oversee inventory, supplies, document scanning, and card mailing processes
  • Coordinate with campus departments on card production, billing, and access needs
  • Act as the primary point of contact with Human Resources for faculty and staff card issuance and issue resolution
  • Lead front counter operations in the Manager’s absence, including after-hours coverage when required
