We are seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations, drive operational excellence, and develop strong leadership teams. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who leads from the front, holds teams accountable, and consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences and financial results.
District Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary starting at $75,000+, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses (monthly and quarterly)
- Annual salary review opportunities

District Manager Job Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
- Strong track record of leading and developing high-performing management teams
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials including sales, labor, and food costs
- Ability to coach, mentor, and hold leaders accountable to performance standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally
- High standards for operational excellence, safety, and brand compliance
District Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations
- Lead, develop, and support Restaurant Managers to achieve operational and financial goals
- Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to drive results
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Partner with leadership on hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning
- Conduct regular store visits to coach, audit, and reinforce best practices
- Foster a positive, accountable culture focused on guest satisfaction and team engagement
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning and continuous improvement initiatives
