Executive Chef Wanted – Lead the Kitchen. Set the Standard. Own the Results.

We're not looking for just a cook—we’re looking for a culinary commander. Our high-performing restaurant group is hiring an Executive Chef to take charge of a scratch kitchen, drive excellence, and lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

If you bring fire, focus, and the ability to execute at a high level—we want you.

What You Bring:

3–5 years of proven success as an Executive or Head Chef
Experience running high-volume, scratch kitchens—no shortcuts, no compromises
Strong leadership chops—your team follows because you deliver
Full command of kitchen financials: P&L, food cost, labor control
Cool under pressure, sharp with execution, relentless about standards
