Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 2-4 years as a Restaurant Manager in full-service
- Annual sales volume experience of $4 million+
- Strong upscale bar background preferred
- Stable tenure, no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
- High energy, hands-on hospitality leader
