Restaurant Manager Requirements:

2-4 years as a Restaurant Manager in full-service
Annual sales volume experience of $4 million+
Strong upscale bar background preferred
Stable tenure, no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
High energy, hands-on hospitality leader
