General Manager Fine Dining – Atlanta, GA

General Manager Fine Dining Benefits & Compensation

General Manager Fine Dining Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years as a general manager in an upscale or luxury steakhouse environment
Proven success managing multi-million-dollar annual revenues
Experience overseeing multiple revenue streams, including main dining, private dining, and bar programs
Strong wine knowledge paired with a track record of elevated service standards
Demonstrated ability to build and develop senior management and leadership teams
Deep understanding of P&L, cost controls, and EBITDA performance
Comfortable operating in a high-expectation, guest-focused environment

General Manager Fine Dining Preferred Background & Skills

Expertise in wine program management and VIP guest relations
Experience with chef-driven culinary concepts or luxury restaurant groups

General Manager Fine Dining Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide full operational leadership of a high-volume luxury steakhouse
Lead, develop, and mentor executive chefs, FOH management, and senior team members
Drive revenue growth while safeguarding brand standards and guest satisfaction
Maintain exceptional guest experiences and manage VIP client relationships
Oversee labor strategy, cost controls, and inventory management
Ensure service excellence through ongoing training and culture development
Partner with ownership on growth initiatives and strategic planning
