$70,000+ base salary depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and execution
Drive top-line revenue and manage profitability through effective systems and leadership
Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of hourly and salaried staff
Recruit and train team members to deliver consistent guest experiences
Control costs, manage inventory, and ensure scheduling efficiency
Create a positive, professional workplace culture
Uphold all health, safety, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
Strong leadership presence with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team
Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
Proven success managing P&L and driving both sales and profitability
Hands-on, guest-facing leadership style
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
