District Manager – Fast Food Drive-Thru Operations
Join a fast-growing franchise partner known for a people-first culture and leadership that values performance and growth. This is an opportunity to oversee multiple high-volume drive-thru restaurants, supporting and developing top managers while shaping the business.
District Manager Benefits & Compensation
- $60K–$70K base salary
- Monthly bonus potential up to $1,500
- $500 monthly car allowance

District Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven success as a District Manager in fast food with drive-thru operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Currently employed in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience developing managers internally and building bench strength
- Strong P&L management, cost control, and sales-driving expertise
- Hands-on leadership style, with integrity, discipline, and respect as core values
- Ability to travel for 4–6 weeks of initial training
- Birmingham residency required (no relocation provided)
District Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to implement operational excellence and consistently drive results
- Passion for mentoring and developing team members
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices
District Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and support general managers across multiple drive-thru restaurant locations
- Recruit, develop, and promote high-potential team members from within
- Monitor and drive operational and financial performance
- Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding guest service and quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits and ongoing training to uphold operational excellence
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and growth throughout the district
