Trendy, growing global brand is looking for a new Multi-Unit Restaurant General Manager for 2 cafes in the DC Market.

Dual-Unit Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee daily guest service and store operations for 4 locations
Train, hire, coach, and motivate team
Ensure the highest quality in brand standards daily
Financial and operational accountability
Ability to create a positive and warm atmosphere

Dual-Unit Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

Experience in multi-unit or multi-department management
3-4 years of experience managing and leading operations in high growth hospitality/consumer brands
Strong leadership ability and communication skills; ability to inspire others to success
Ability to set up efficient and effective systems in each store, and scale for growth
Technology, POS platforms, and financial expertise
You should have a track record of building successful teams and growing a brand to multiple locations
