General Manager Perks
- Base salary in the $63-65k range
- Quarterly bonus based on profitability and controllables

General Manager Requirements
- 5+ years of recent full-service restaurant General Manager experience is required, high-volume experience preferred
- Solid career tenure and progression, including no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
- Flexible schedule availability, including days and weekends
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Ability to travel for training 5-6 weeks, out of state (company-paid)
- Experience in building sales and teams
