What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all front-of-house operations with a focus on outstanding guest experiences
  • Hire, train, and develop a world-class service team
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
  • Support the GM in achieving operational, financial, and guest service goals

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale, high-volume preferred)
  • A proven leader who motivates teams and drives results
  • Knowledgeable in service standards, guest recovery, and operational excellence
  • Experienced in new restaurant openings? Even better!
  • Professional, adaptable, and passionate about hospitality
