A leading non profit fundraising organization seeks a Marketing Assistant to support their CMO to ensure daily operations and communications are kept on track with their priorities at their national headquarters. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll be supporting the coordination of promotional items, digital asset libraries, fulfillment of marketing request for fundraisers and national conferences. You'll also support print, video, website donor relations and event planning and coordination.
Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Oversee production and delivery of promotional items, print materials, and organize all digital assets
- Coordinate logistics for delivery of marketing materials when needed
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable for vendor invoices
- Update databases with direct mail info
- Provide administrative support to CMO, handling meeting and travel calendar, logistics and scheduling.
Marketing Assistant Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, journalism or related degree
- 3+ years administrative/marketing assistance experience, preferably within a non-profit
- Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, WordPress)
- Meltwater, Adobe Suite, Canva, Luminate, Asana is a plus
- Must be able to work independently, multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and high accuracy and organization
- Must be aligned with their mission supporting the survival of Israel
