Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a scratch kitchen upscale concept.
Strong understanding of systems, methods, and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead a fun and engaging environment and develop team members.
A strong passion for food and beverage.
Self-driven with a desire to keep learning and growing.
Problem-solving skills.

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Support team members and conduct line checks.
