Front-of-House Manager Role Overview

We are hiring a Front-of-House Manager to join a high-volume, full-service restaurant in historic downtown St. Augustine. This location is part of one of Florida’s most recognized family-owned restaurant groups, known for scratch-made cuisine, long-tenured leadership, and exceptional guest service.

The FOH Manager will lead daily service, support staff performance, and uphold brand standards in a dynamic, guest-facing setting. This is an ideal opportunity for restaurant professionals who are passionate about developing teams, elevating hospitality, and building a long-term career with an established group.

Front-of-House Manager Requirements & Qualifications

2–4 years of restaurant management experience (full-service required)
Strong shift execution and team development skills
Experience managing servers, hosts, bartenders, and service assistants
Ability to coach for hospitality standards and hold teams accountable
Knowledge of guest recovery, table management, and floor coverage strategies
Stable tenure with previous employers
Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays
Professional appearance and communication

Front-of-House Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Experience in scratch kitchen or heritage brand concepts
Familiarity with tourist-driven or historic district locations
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Prior exposure to large, high-volume service with multi-room or multi-level layouts
