Join our downtown hotel team as an Evening Property Supervisor, overseeing hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Front Desk for efficient check-ins and check-outs
  • Support team members in handling guest requests and inquiries
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to hotel policies
  • Train and monitor Front Office, Rooms, and Dining teams for consistent performance
  • Conduct shift briefings, audits, and ensure lobby and cafe areas are well-maintained
  • Assist other departments and maintain positive team relationships

Supervisor Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Basic supervisory or team management skills
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Proficient in IT applications
  • Shift hours: 2-10pm. Weekend availability is required
