A Restaurant General Manager is needed at this upscale restaurant scratch kitchen, a diverse team and a plethora of customers we are looking for a highly energetic leader ready to be with the team and guests to ensure the workday is smooth and the experience above expectations! Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Table touching to ensure quality standards and guest satisfaction are exceeded
Hire, train, develop and mentor the team
Ability to manage a P&L
Adhere to systems and processes

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

Previous restaurant management experience with over 50 on the team
5 years or more General Manager experience with sales volume over $6 million
Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays
P&L knowledge
Proven leadership experience
