We are seeking a professional, high-energy Office Coordinator to support daily operations in our fast-paced King of Prussia office. This role is responsible for front desk administrative support, and office coordination while working closely with our leadership team to support the needs of our mutiple restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front desk reception and phone coverage
- Administrative and calendar support for leadership
- Payroll Processing
- Office operations including supplies, filing, mail, security access, and visitor management
- Meeting, catering, and event coordination
- Expense processing, reports, and basic bookkeeping support
- New hire onboarding and general office support
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Professional demeanor with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a small office
- Reliable transportation; tri-state travel as needed
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
