Firm Administrator – Dallas, TX
A respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced firm administrator to oversee daily operations across multiple offices. This is a highly visible role supporting a collaborative, people-first culture with long-tenured staff and strong leadership. The position offers the chance to make a direct impact and partner with firm leaders while ensuring the firm’s operations, HR, and culture run smoothly.
Firm Administrator Benefits & Compensation

Firm Administrator Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience overseeing the full HR lifecycle and benefits administration
- Proven ability providing administrative support to partners or senior leaders
- Experience managing office administrators and indirect reports
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- History of effective leadership within organizations of 180–190 employees or similar complexity
Firm Administrator Preferred Background & Skills
- Background in small to mid-sized law firms or professional services organizations
- Experience balancing HR leadership with broader firm administration in a multi-site context
- Trusted advisor mindset with strong judgment and discretion
Firm Administrator Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee daily firm operations across Dallas and Houston offices, ensuring efficiency and consistency
- Partner with firm leadership to support HR, compliance, and people management
- Lead administrative staff, fostering a culture of trust and respect for long-tenured employees
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Coordinate firm events, meetings, travel, and site management
- Serve as primary point of contact for facilities, property management, vendors, and insurance matters
- Collaborate with technology and internal IT operations in partnership with external vendors
- Maintain strong communication and operational alignment between office locations, including periodic travel
