Housekeeper Requirements & Qualifications

Prior experience in luxury hotel, private estate, or high-net-worth household settings strongly preferred
Ability to maintain ultra-luxury cleaning and presentation standards
High level of discretion, professionalism, and respect for privacy
Flexibility for scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and special events
Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks

Housekeeper Preferred Background & Skills

Knowledge of proper care for luxury surfaces, materials, and fine fabrics
Time management skills and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills and polished, professional demeanor

Housekeeper Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Perform daily and deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and specialty rooms
Handle laundry care, including washing, steaming, ironing, folding, and organizing delicate fabrics
Maintain immaculate room presentation and make beds to five-star hospitality standards
Stock household supplies and report inventory or maintenance needs
Care for marble, hardwoods, antiques, and custom furnishings using proper methods
Collaborate with estate management and other household staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
