What You’ll Do

  • Manage personal lines clients throughout the full policy cycle
  • Deliver outstanding service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Explain coverages and policy options in a clear, customer-friendly way
  • Prepare quotes for new and renewal business
  • Handle endorsements, billing questions, cancellations, and policy updates
  • Collaborate closely with producers and team members in a supportive environment
  • Keep accurate records and follow agency procedures to ensure consistency

What We’re Looking For

  • Active MA P&C license
  • 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • QQCatalyst experience is helpful (not required)
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
