Responsibilities / Qualifications of DOS Role

  • Lead a large sales organization of approximately 45 team members, including Sales Managers and sales staff
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for commercial and non-commercial segments
  • Analyze KPIs and market data to drive decisions, improve processes, and enhance performance
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales talent while fostering a culture of integrity and inclusion
  • Open to travel and capable of representing the division with customers and senior leadership
  • Minimum 7–9 years of sales or business experience, including at least 2 years in leadership; bachelor’s degree preferred
