This intimate, chef-driven fine dining restaurant is located within a Michelin Key–recognized luxury boutique hotel. The concept attracts a discerning international clientele, including UHNWI guests and VIPs who expect exceptional service, discretion, and flawless execution.

In this environment, image, reputation, and guest satisfaction are everything. Every interaction, detail, and decision contributes directly to the brand’s standing and its ability to maintain Michelin Key recognition.

The Role

The Restaurant Manager is a hands-on hospitality leader responsible for delivering anticipatory, world-class service while upholding Michelin-level standards across all front-of-house operations. This role requires constant floor presence, impeccable professionalism, and a proactive mindset focused on protecting and elevating the restaurant’s reputation.

This role reports directly to the owners, providing direct influence over operations, standards, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the front-of-house team in delivering personalized, anticipatory service for UHNWI and VIP guests
  • Maintain Michelin-caliber service standards, consistency, and attention to detail at all times
  • Actively protect and enhance the restaurant’s reputation through exceptional guest recovery and discretion
  • Ensure guest satisfaction remains the top operational priority before, during, and after service
  • Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution and alignment
  • Train, coach, and hold staff accountable to luxury service expectations
  • Anticipate and resolve service or operational challenges before they impact the guest experience
  • Oversee reservations, pacing, special requests, and guest recognition with precision
  • Uphold all brand, safety, and operational standards required to maintain Michelin Key recognition

Professional Image & Appearance Standards

This role represents the public face of a luxury dining experience. Professional image is essential.

  • No visible tattoos while in uniform
  • Absolutely no facial tattoos
  • Polished, well-groomed appearance required at all times
  • Candidates must be comfortable adhering to strict grooming and presentation standards aligned with luxury hospitality expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior front-of-house leader in fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • Strong understanding of UHNWI guest expectations, discretion, and bespoke service
  • Deep appreciation that reputation, perception, and consistency drive success
  • Calm, confident leadership style with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail and operational discipline
  • Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to maintain high standards while developing and motivating a service team

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually
  • Bonus-eligible role, with bonuses tied to increased sales performance within the first year
  • Company covers 50% of employee healthcare costs
  • 15 days paid time off annually
