Restaurant Manager needed for this farm-to-table fast-paced concept—a hospitality spirit and positive approach to life, work, and guests. Our philosophy is everyone deserves quality and healthy food served quickly and reasonably priced. We are rapidly expanding and need strong leaders to grow with us.

Restaurant Manager Benefits & Compensation

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
  • Full understanding of opening and closing duties
  • Ability to create, develop, and coach an energized team
  • Strong coaching skills with effective feedback
  • Organized and deadline-oriented with a focus on driving results

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience managing a large team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled at ordering and inventory
  • Humble and eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group

Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.
  • Build relationships with guests and team members to foster a welcoming environment.
  • Master every position in the restaurant to effectively teach and guide others.
