Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum upscale fine dining experience required.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
Must relocate to the Waco Area

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Wine knowledge preferred.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Supervise food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
Handle customer complaints diplomatically and courteously.
Manage inventory and purchase food and supplies.
Conduct daily inspections of the restaurant and equipment for compliance.
Hire, train, and evaluate restaurant staff, fostering a positive team culture.
