Restaurant Assistant General Manager Benefits & Compensation

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum upscale fine dining experience required.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
- Must relocate to the Waco Area
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Wine knowledge preferred.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Supervise food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and courteously.
- Manage inventory and purchase food and supplies.
- Conduct daily inspections of the restaurant and equipment for compliance.
- Hire, train, and evaluate restaurant staff, fostering a positive team culture.
