We are looking for a Chef & B to lead our restaurant team in Stowe, VT! Ideal candidates will have experience with both Culinary (BOH) leadership and Service staff (FOH) leadership. Ideal candidates will have a strong culinary background, will be highly creative, and will be administratively sound.

Executive Chef and B Benefits:

Excellent base salary between $80k and $90k

Executive Chef and B Qualifications:

2+ years as an Executive Chef
2+ years as a Restaurant General Manager, Chef&B, or Director of Food and Beverage
Experience with menu development, costing, and introduction
Experience with beverage program development, purchasing, and costing
Highly skilled and creative with culinary arts

Executive Chef and B Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and manage both BOH and FOH staff with integrity and consistency
Create menu items that are appealing, approachable, and inspired
Manage food cost, beverage cost, and labor cost according to budget
Collaborate with leadership on Food and Beverage direction and vision
Other duties as assigned
