Responsibilities & Requirements:

At least three years of leadership experience in a similar position
Demonstrated success working in high-volume settings
Ability to train, coach, and support staff across all departments
Commitment to maintaining guest satisfaction and encouraging return visits
Confident leadership style that motivates teams and promotes collaboration
