We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Operations Director to lead operational excellence, develop strong leaders, elevate the guest experience, and drive business performance across multiple locations. This pivotal leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in founder-led, high-quality hospitality environments and is excited to build systems, scale operations, and develop people.

Operations Director Benefits & Compensation

Operations Director Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit or high-volume operations leadership in hospitality, food service, or retail.
  • Proven track record of leading, developing, and inspiring engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Experience creating scalable systems, operational standards, and training programs.

Operations Director Preferred Background & Skills

  • Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding brand standards.

Operations Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Oversee in-store production and partner with the Bakehouse Director to ensure products meet the highest standards.
  • Lead process-improvement initiatives to reduce waste, enhance efficiency, and increase productivity.
  • Standardize systems and SOPs to support scalability and operational consistency.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain strong leaders while fostering a collaborative, accountable culture.
  • Champion a hospitality-first culture that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
  • Oversee P&L performance across multiple locations and analyze financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
