We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Operations Director to lead operational excellence, develop strong leaders, elevate the guest experience, and drive business performance across multiple locations. Operations Director Benefits & Compensation

Operations Director Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit or high-volume operations leadership in hospitality, food service, or retail.
- Proven track record of leading, developing, and inspiring engaged, high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Experience creating scalable systems, operational standards, and training programs.
Operations Director Preferred Background & Skills
- Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding brand standards.
Operations Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee in-store production and partner with the Bakehouse Director to ensure products meet the highest standards.
- Lead process-improvement initiatives to reduce waste, enhance efficiency, and increase productivity.
- Standardize systems and SOPs to support scalability and operational consistency.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain strong leaders while fostering a collaborative, accountable culture.
- Champion a hospitality-first culture that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
- Oversee P&L performance across multiple locations and analyze financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
