Food and Beverage Director Responsibilities
- Focus on supporting the team to create outstanding guest experiences
- Event sales and operations oversight
- Build the team and morale based on respect and understanding
- Manage costs with the support of the management team to achieve targets and operational excellence
- Uphold and exceed expectations of all food quality, sanitation, and brand standards
Food and Beverage Director Requirements
- Prior leadership experience (8+ years) as a Food and Beverage Manager or Director in a multi-outlet environment
- Long tenures with progressive management experience
- Great personality with high energy and positive attitude – when we are busy, we are BUSY!
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management style
- Experience in event sales, event operations, and growing corporate and social event bookings
- Night and weekend availability – flexible schedule with seasonality (high season/low season dynamic)
- Proven financial acumen and experience in budget management, cost controls, and menu pricing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all departments and venues
