Food and Beverage Director Responsibilities

• Focus on supporting the team to create outstanding guest experiences
• Event sales and operations oversight
• Build the team and morale based on respect and understanding
• Manage costs with the support of the management team to achieve targets and operational excellence
• Uphold and exceed expectations of all food quality, sanitation, and brand standards

Food and Beverage Director Requirements

• Prior leadership experience (8+ years) as a Food and Beverage Manager or Director in a multi-outlet environment
• Long tenures with progressive management experience
• Great personality with high energy and positive attitude – when we are busy, we are BUSY!
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management style
• Experience in event sales, event operations, and growing corporate and social event bookings
• Night and weekend availability – flexible schedule with seasonality (high season/low season dynamic)
• Proven financial acumen and experience in budget management, cost controls, and menu pricing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all departments and venues
