Arbitration/Intake Attorney – Las Vegas, Nevada
We are seeking an Arbitration/Intake Attorney to join a dynamic law firm focused on consumer protection. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with clients affected by deceptive, abusive, or unfair business practices, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in their lives while advancing your legal career.
Arbitration/Intake Attorney Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary of $110K–$130K per year, depending on experience.

Arbitration/Intake Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in any state.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Arbitration/Intake Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage intake welcome calls for new clients in cases involving fraud, false advertising, deceptive trade practices, and violations of consumer protection laws.
- Develop an understanding of general business practices, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Truth In Lending laws, UCC-1 filings, and lien avoidance.
- Advise clients about the firm’s services and their legal rights and remedies under consumer protection statutes.
- Facilitate the signing of attorney-client service agreements (no selling involved).
- Maintain detailed records utilizing the firm’s CRM, including regular case updates.
