General Manager Qualifications:

3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience, ideally in fast-paced QSR environments
Average of 2-3+ years in previous leadership positions. We appreciate and reward dedication to service and developing future leaders
Proven success in staff development, team leadership, and meeting operational KPIs
Strong financial skills: budget management, P&L analysis, and driving profitability
Passion for delivering above and beyond guest experiences
Desire to lead a New Store Team in a New Market, assisting in the building and implementation of long-term strategies for sales growth and team development

General Manager Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of 20–40 employees, fostering collaboration, accountability, and service excellence
Maintain high standards for guest experience, food safety, and brand quality
Drive operational and financial performance, achieving KPIs and growth targets
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor staff and managers to reach their personal and professional goals
