General Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience, ideally in fast-paced QSR environments
- Average of 2-3+ years in previous leadership positions. We appreciate and reward dedication to service and developing future leaders
- Proven success in staff development, team leadership, and meeting operational KPIs
- Strong financial skills: budget management, P&L analysis, and driving profitability
- Passion for delivering above and beyond guest experiences
- Desire to lead a New Store Team in a New Market, assisting in the building and implementation of long-term strategies for sales growth and team development
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of 20–40 employees, fostering collaboration, accountability, and service excellence
- Maintain high standards for guest experience, food safety, and brand quality
- Drive operational and financial performance, achieving KPIs and growth targets
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor staff and managers to reach their personal and professional goals
