CNC Machinist II – 1st & 2nd Shift | Columbus, GA Area

As a CNC Machinist II, you’ll take full control of CNC mills and lathes—driving production, dominating quality standards, and executing with zero margin for error. This is not a seat-filler job. It’s a performance position for machinists who thrive on mastery, speed, and accountability.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of CNC machining experience in a fast-paced, precision environment
  • Mastery of blueprint reading, stock lists, and CMM reports
  • Deep understanding of machine tech, precision measuring, and tooling systems
  • Proven ability to set up and run CNC mills/lathes with consistency and speed
  • Hands-on skill in maintenance, material handling, and troubleshooting
  • Leadership mindset—able to train others and uphold elite safety and quality standards

Preferred Skills

  • Expert with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and torque tools
  • Proficient with tool changes, offsets, and Zoller or equivalent preset equipment
  • Uncompromising attention to detail—every cut, every time
  • Relentless drive for continuous improvement and operational excellence
