Executive Chef Benefits & Compensation:

Competitive base salary of $100K–$110K plus bonus potential.

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of high-volume restaurant operations experience ($10M+).
Passport required for training.
Full-service, polished dining experience is essential.
New restaurant opening (NRO) experience is a plus.
Professional culinary training preferred, but not required.
Multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Strong passion for food and people, with an adaptable mindset.
Team-oriented and open-minded approach to leadership.
Must relocate to Dallas.
