A chef-driven catering company known for elegant, seasonal, and high-touch food & beverage experiences is hiring a Director of Catering Sales. This revenue-focused leader will architect a structured sales pipeline, expand outbound lead generation, and accelerate overall business growth. Reporting directly to the founder, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s long-term sales strategy and infrastructure from the ground up.

Director of Catering Sales Benefits/Compensation:

Director of Catering Sales Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years in Director of Catering Sales, Senior Catering Sales Manager, or equivalent role
  • Proven ability to generate $2M+ in new business annually and exceed 300 events per year
  • Expertise in building, optimizing, and managing a high-efficiency catering sales pipeline
  • Demonstrated success leading outbound lead generation across corporate, recurring, and multi-day opportunities
  • Strong closing ability with smooth, detail-oriented handoff to operations
  • Ownership mindset with exceptional time management, follow-through, and results-driven discipline
  • Alignment with company standards; collaborates closely with internal teams and clients
  • Ensures consistent, high-touch communication throughout all stages of the sales cycle
