Civil Structural Engineer Responsibilities:

Preparing reports, designs, and drawings.
Making calculations about loads and stresses.
Selecting appropriate construction materials.
Providing technical advice.
Obtaining approval for planning and/or building regulations.
Liaising with relevant professional staff such as architects.

Civil Structural Engineer Requirements:

PE License in Florida
Minimum (4) years of related experience
Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required and have passed the fundamentals of engineering exam or have the ability to within 12 months of hire.
Knowledge of structural design and analysis, building design codes, structural design software, REVIT/AutoCAD
4+ years performing structural calculations and design for steel structures
Fluency in AutoCAD and Revit experience is desirable
A team player who constantly identifies and provides recommendations for improvement

Base salary $105K-$115K DOE
